Our Return and Refund policy usually consists of contacting your sales agent in writing within 12 hours of purchase to request an exchange or refund.
Approved Returns and Refunds
If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it, please refresh your browser and check your bank account again or contact your credit card company.
Every bank is different, and some banks and credit card companies post refunds sooner than others, so check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us about your refund. We offer great products and don't ever envision you having a need to return them. However, should you be due a refund, first inquire with your bank or credit card company as to how many days or hours it takes to officially post after we've sent it out.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are manufactured with damages or defects.
Shipping Returns
To return your product mail it in it's original packaging to the address on the shipping label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
